Primary Years Programme
COMMUNITY
The PrK field trip to Bogd Khan mountain brings children and adults together where we develop relationships that result in equitable communities.
INCLUSION
Practicing deep listening equips this teacher with the information necessary to allow this child to drive a small group inquiry into the role of metacognition in learning.
INSPIRATION
Zoe's inquiry into the fragility of marine ecosystems including an interview with a marine biologist on the shores of Seattle, Washington demonstrate that passion and drive leave few obstacles to student learning.
GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP
The human rights library is an experience built around the ideas of interaction and exchange that develop student’s understanding of access to human rights through a variety of perspectives.
ACTION
'Learning choices' train children to develop skills in planning and reflecting and embeds their voice in their learning.
SUSTAINABILITY
Green initiatives and a deeper understanding of our responsibility in a sustainable environment have been championed by our Ecovengers group.
