Diploma Programme
COMMUNITY
Diploma students work hard, so the DP Lounge is just for 11th and 12th graders, allowing them to recharge or have spontaneous study sessions, and providing a popular setting for creative student videos.
INCLUSION
Because students benefit from rich academic opportunities, every 11th grader at ISU embarks on the full Diploma programme and are individually supported to meet their high school goals.
INSPIRATION
The opportunity to take a deep-dive into academic research on a subject of personal interest and write an Extended Essay can lead to more clarity about career goals and life-long ambitions.
GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP
In TOK and subject courses, DP students become adept at considering and comparing texts, events, data, and concepts through varied, global perspectives.
ACTION
Through CAS, DP students gain valuable experiential knowledge planning and executing community service projects that benefit communities in Ulaanbaatar and abroad.
SUSTAINABILITY
DP students show their appreciation for sustainability in a number of ways which include collaboratively inquiring into bioplastics in their Group IV Project and by taking a leadership role in guiding younger grade levels on ecology field trips.
