Thank You from CNN's Call to Earth Day and Certificate
November 19, 2021
One week ago, you helped make history on the first-ever Call to Earth Day.
At a time our planet is facing unprecedented environmental challenges, the change you catalyzed is cause for hope. We can’t thank International School of Ulaanbaatar enough for participating and setting an example for the world. You made this day bigger and more impactful than we could have hoped for.
On November 10, 2021, we saw incredible individuals and groups taking amazing action. From Serbia to Southeast Asia, the Americas to Zambia, thousands of people, from hundreds of schools and organizations, in every region of the world, took positive action on behalf of the planet. International School of Ulaanbaatar’s post featured on CNN.com’s digital piece which you can see here:
The school appeared on the interactive map in this link
To honor your service, we have created a digital “Certificate of Participation” which we encourage you NOT to print out but share digitally with your followers and volunteers on email and social media (be sure to include the #CallToEarth hashtag as well!).
We’re also unveiling a new interactive website, called “The Environmentalists of Tomorrow.” It features inspiring stories about youth-led environmental action and an interactive map of the world showcasing the best social media posts published on #CallToEarth day.
Please continue to stay in touch! We’d love to hear more about your event, how many people were involved and what you achieved -- i.e. the number of trees you planted or the amount of litter you collected.
Thank you so much for caring about the planet as much as we do -- let’s make Call to Earth Day 2022 even bigger!
